I noticed on the Burgess website that the old image of the Backpacker has been removed and it's mentioned that it is "coming soon". Anyone know anything...hard to believe this would be another false alarm (although with Burgess you never know). Wonder if he'll display something at WSP.

Bill mentioned he's working on an 82 mm Triplet F5.8 Backpacker. Color correction is supposed to be 1/8000.
I don't know if TMB is involved in this project, or when it's supposed to be available, but the introductory offer is buy any 4 planetary eyepieces and you can buy the scope when it's available for $200.
