Is the interior of the dew shield lined with felt, as I have heard?

It sure looks and feel like it, Bill. And despite 3 years of well *frequent*
use, the felt in the dewshield on my TV-102 still keeps it sliding as snugged as the day when it was new! Another indication of a very
well made refractor.
