JUPITER PROCCESSING assistance

Hello,

I recentlly shot jupiter.
I used my 12" f/5.3 newt with 5X TV powermate and philips web cam pro. The exposure time is 1/25sec, 10fps, 5% gain.
I've tried proccess the result I got with minor success so I ask for an assistance on how to get the most from this pic.
It is a stack of 151 frames. The atmosphire condition was abot 6/10.
Is this a good/great/poor result consider my equipment? How would you proccess this shot? Do you have a simmilar results from the same/simmilar aperture OTA?

There is some good detail in the raw stacked image. I played with it a bit in Photoshop, but I am just learning processing and there is ALOT to learn. Adjust the wavelets sliders and contrast/brighness in registax and then do a little adjusting of the color and unsharp mask in Photoshop, Paint shop pro, GIMP, whatever you are using. I would suggest stacking more frames as adjusting the wavelets or using unsharp mask with only 151 frames will produce a very noisy image with lots of ringing on the disk. I have found that I need about 400 or so stacked frames to get a fairly noise free image after shapening using the wavelet sliders. Do extensive experiments with the wavelets in registax, they are very powerful and different combinations produce very different results. good luck, Vince

I took a shot at reprocessing your image. I used unsharp mask and adjusted the color intensity in Photoshop.

Someone told me that more gain would help reducing the ringing effect.
