Luca, you are right. For the second consecutive poll I can't vote. I don't know about you, but I have nearly as many disagreements with atheists as I do with the devoutly religious.
Even Madalyn Murray O'hare was annoyed at us for "being on the fence". I never bought her argument for that, but really enjoyed her enthusiasm and fearless dedication.

All above choices imply faith. Atheism included.
If someone states, without proof, that he has a million dollars in his pocket, it doesn't require "faith" to disbelieve the claim -- especially when, to all outward appearances, the pocket seems to be empty.
Being atheist doesn't mean claiming certainty that no god exists; it's simply rejection (as unproven) of the claim that some god *does* exist.

Actually, I'm sure most atheists will tell you they are philosophically agnostic and practically atheist. It's impossible to definitively prove god's nonexistence, so it would be foolhardy to pretend you could.
However, it's just as impossible to absolutely demonstrate that unicorns aren't real, yet I doubt anyone would say it takes "faith" to deny the existence of unicorns.
Haven't you heard about Rod Mollise's unicorn Esmarelda? Do a forum search for unicorn and you'll get about 3 pages of posts proving her existence. It's in the astromart scripture so she must be real.
